Pickup & Return

Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns (more than 1 hour) will be charged at the daily rate. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level.

Fuel Policy

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge plus a service fee will be applied.

Insurance

Basic third-party liability insurance (as required by law) is included in all rentals. Full comprehensive insurance (CDW) is available as an optional add-on. The renter is responsible for the excess amount in the event of any claim unless full CDW cover has been purchased.

Prohibited Uses

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Subletting or transferring the vehicle to a third party
• Driving outside the agreed geographic area without prior written consent
• Transporting more passengers than the vehicle’s stated capacity
• Participating in any race, rally, or competition

Traffic Fines & Violations

Any traffic fines, parking violations, or toll charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s sole responsibility. An administrative fee of €20 will be charged per violation for processing.

Breakdown & Accidents

In the event of a breakdown or accident, contact us immediately at +389 72 525 500. Do not arrange repairs without our prior authorisation.
