1. Agreement

By renting a vehicle from FLY Rent a Car, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Reservations & Payment

Reservations can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. A valid reservation is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. We accept cash and major bank transfers. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before pickup: full refund
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of pickup: 50% of total rental cost is retained
  • No-show: no refund

4. Driver Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Valid driver’s licence held for at least 2 years
  • Valid passport or national ID
  • Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle

5. Liability

The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. Any damage, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental are the renter’s sole responsibility. FLY Rent a Car is not liable for theft of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia.
